Order & Payment

• Submission of this form constitutes a request to purchase the products listed.

• Orders are not confirmed until full payment has been received via one of the payment methods outlined by Munch With Meds.

• By submitting this form, you confirm that you are committing to pay for the products requested.

Order Acceptance

• Munch With Meds reserves the right to accept or decline any order at its sole discretion.

• Submission of this form does not guarantee fulfilment.

• An order is only considered accepted once payment has cleared and confirmation has been issued.

Availability & Changes

• All products are subject to availability.

• Munch With Meds reserves the right to amend, substitute, or cancel items if necessary.

• In the event an order cannot be fulfilled, you will be contacted and any payments made will be refunded where applicable.

Delivery

• Delivery is available for orders with a minimum value of ₪200.

• Delivery is offered in Netanya, Ra’anana, Herzliya, and surrounding areas.

• Orders outside these areas, or orders that do not meet the minimum value, may be subject to additional delivery fees, higher minimum order values, or may not be eligible for delivery at all.

• Munch With Meds reserves the right to determine delivery eligibility on a case-by-case basis.

Cancellations & Refunds

• Once payment has been made and an order confirmed, cancellations may not be possible.

• Refunds are issued at the discretion of Munch With Meds, particularly where preparation has already begun.

Delivery & Collection Timing

• Delivery and collection times are estimates only.

• Munch With Meds is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond its control.

Liability

• Munch With Meds shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the supply or non-supply of products.

• Customers are responsible for ensuring that products ordered meet their dietary and allergy requirements.
