2. Order Acceptance
Munch With Meds reserves the right to accept or decline any order at its sole discretion.
Submission of this form does not guarantee fulfilment.
An order is only considered accepted once payment has cleared and confirmation has been issued.
3. Availability & Changes
All products are subject to availability.
Munch With Meds reserves the right to amend, substitute, or cancel items if necessary.
In the event an order cannot be fulfilled, you will be contacted and any payments made will be refunded where applicable.
4. Order Fulfilment and Delivery Times
Delivery is available for orders with a minimum value of ₪250.
Delivery is offered in Netanya, Ra’anana, Herzliya, and surrounding areas.
Orders outside these areas, or orders that do not meet the minimum value, may be subject to additional delivery fees, higher minimum order values, or may not be eligible for delivery at all.
Orders are accepted on a weekly basis from Sunday to Wednesday 9am. All orders placed within this window will be fulfilled based on availability on the following Friday.
Delivery orders will be delivered to the address provided (in accordance with the terms and conditions) at checkout on Friday. A delivery time will be confirmed by the business in advance. Collection orders will be available for collection on Friday from: רחוב אברהם שפיגלמן 29, Apartment 18, Netanya 4275864. A collection time will be confirmed by Munch With Meds in advance.
Orders placed outside of the Sunday–Wednesday window will not be accepted for that week and will need to be resubmitted when the next order window opens.
Munch With Meds reserves the right to determine delivery eligibility on a case-by-case basis.
Delivery times are approximate and may be affected by traffic or other circumstances beyond our control.
Munch With Meds will not be held responsible for delays caused by third parties, force majeure, or failure by the customer to be available to receive the delivery.
If you are unable to receive your delivery, please contact us in advance to make alternative arrangements.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not yet been prepared or dispatched. To request a cancellation, please contact us by sending a message to 0585500803 within that window.
As our products are perishable food items prepared specifically for each Shabbat, cancellations requested after this 12-hour window or after preparation has begun cannot be accepted, unless the product is found to be faulty or not as described.
Refunds are issued at the discretion of Munch With Meds, particularly where preparation has already begun.
Where a cancellation is accepted prior to preparation, a refund may be issued using the original payment method, within 7 business days of approval.
Munch With Meds reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be issued promptly.
6. Loyalty Rewards
Munch With Meds operates a loyalty reward scheme for Chopped Liver. For every 5 units of Chopped Liver purchased and paid for, customers will receive a voucher entitling them to one free unit on a future order.
Vouchers are issued automatically by email to the address used at checkout. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure their email address is correct at the time of ordering. Loyalty units are tracked against the email address used at checkout and cannot be combined across multiple email addresses or transferred between accounts.
The following terms apply to loyalty vouchers:
Vouchers are single-use and valid for 6 months from the date of issue
Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash
Vouchers may be combined with other promotions unless otherwise stated
Munch With Meds reserves the right to withdraw or amend the loyalty scheme at any time, with reasonable notice given to customers where possible
Bulk Order Discount
When 6 or more units of Chopped Liver are ordered in a single transaction, one unit will be automatically discounted at no charge. This discount is applied at checkout and does not generate a voucher. Items discounted under this scheme do not count toward the loyalty reward tally.
7. Liability
Munch With Meds takes care to ensure that all products are prepared to a high standard and comply with applicable food safety regulations.
In the event that a product is found to be faulty, not as described, or unfit for consumption upon receipt, please contact us immediately with photographic evidence. We will review each case individually and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund.
Munch With Meds shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the supply or non-supply of products.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that products ordered meet their dietary and allergy requirements.
Munch With Meds and anyone acting on its behalf will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use or consumption of our products, beyond the value of the order in question.
8. Age Restriction
By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have permission from a parent or guardian to make the purchase.
9. Privacy Policy
Munch With Meds respects your privacy.
Any personal information provided will be used solely for processing your order, communicating with you, and fulfilling delivery.
We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties, except where necessary to complete your order (e.g. delivery services or payment providers).
All data is handled securely and in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
